🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MilahStyles, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging.

  • Jewelry, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and clearance reasons.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at maribel@milahstyles.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will have a credit in the store, we will no refund money. 

Sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  maribel@milahstyles.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.  

To return your product, you should mail to maribel@milahstyles.comShipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
